I'd trade a Stanley Cup run followed by being dead last in the league for the past decade + of Sabres hockey in a heartbeat.

I planned on listening to this game while driving home from ellicotville after some morning skiing and completely forgot this game was a thing. Nice to see that Skinner put up 4 today. Amazing how far Montreal has sank after being in the cup finals.

The sabres have gone in to the 3rd with a lead 19 times and have lost 10 of those games. It sucks sitting through these games but for the first time in a long time I actaully have hope for the future. The Sabres are hanging around in games and looking forward to next season with an upgrade in net + the infusion of Power, Mitts, Quinn, Peterka and knowing we have other prospects in the pipeline I know nothing about give me a strange sense of optimism that we might be playing meaningful hockey next February.

He was indeed useless but I wish they didn't make that trade and just took Ullmark at the time. We'd maybe have better goaltending nowadays?

Let's not forget we sent them a 6th round pick and Carrier to protect Ulmark. In hindsight they should have let Vegas take Linus which would have forced us to address goaltending years ago.

Can they default to using a shooter tutor? I'd actually be interested to see how NHLers can pick corners under pressure on those things in game scenario.

I'd like to see him suspended so we can bring up a 7th string goalie. Maybe we'll catch lightning with that one and spark a run to almost playoff contention.

The audacity of WGR to contsantly tell me to enable WGR550 on my Alexa, only to cut out the stream once the game starts and replace it with some syndicated football talk drives me ***** INSANE. Yes, I can then pull out my phone and go to the NHL app to listen to the game but it's such a hassle and I don't even care anymore.

At least Sobotka gave me a reason to hate him and made me feel some sort of emotion. Bjork is such bland player. If he was a spice he'd be flour.

Bjork went 7 games without a shot and now that we've had him for almost a full season I think we've seen what he is. I have no expectations for him to get better or remain on this team.
