I think it'd be fun to see Jagr on the Sabres, not that I think it'd ever happen. But why? Accountability. Since our bottom 6 is useless it'd be beneficial to have Jagr in the room showing the younger guys how to prepare for games night in and night out. If you mail it in one night you're going to get benched for a 46 year old who wants to be there more than you do. I'd much rather see Jagr on the ice than Nolan, Wilson, Erod, Larsson or Girgensons. The season is done so why not bring in someone who can provide value off the ice.

He's grown stale because the team has been terrible. I think I read an interview with him saying that in the 90s when we had Howardchuck and Anderchuck and another "chuck" (malarkchuk? he was a goalie though), he always wanted the three of them to connect on a goal so he could call , "HERE A CHUCK, THERE A CHUCK, EVERYWHERE A CHUCK CHUCK!"

Kane needs talent on his lines to succeed, the criticism of kane with eichel was that he has low hockey iq and would rip low percentagr shots that would end up going high and wide and careem out of the zone. Playung with larsson and pomenville isnt working for kane.
