No more news out of Carolina to report... yet. My guess is that if Jones goes #4 that Carolina may move, if not, Carolina takes Jones at 5

I doubt that because we could likely wait until 8 and get one of Lindholm/Monahan.
I am not interested in Nichushkin. Something about his tape and the way he acts doesn't sit right with me. In other words, my EYE test says no.

Is this a source of concern? Or is this more a product of other factors -- e.g., where our top prospects are from, how old they are, etc.?
As of now, no Sabres prospects will be attending Canada's U20 Summer Camp. Could change after draft.
We drafted McCabe (American) Grigorenko (Russian) Girgensons (Latvian) Armia (Finish) over the last 2 years... so no not really. Can we think of a under 20 Canadian born prospect we have who should be there? I think Catenacci is to old now right?

Not so fantastic..... just found out an hour ago that a project we just started this morning needs to be shipped by noon Monday. I'll be working late. And probably tomorrow too. Oh, and it's our wedding anniversary tomorrow. :(

For a woman who loves soap operas, this next week of the NHL is going to be fantastic.

The girl is loving her new job. She gets to go to the Bahamas in October for it. She said they are trying to get it to be a +1 trip... 4 day all expense paid trip to Atlantis... yes please. Also she finished her first week today and is coming back into town tonight.. kinda forgot what it was like to miss someone :blush:
