From what my buddies are predicting they are positive the Bills will try to trade down into mid teens. They will draft Nassib in the 1st round it will be a reach but better get a decent qb prospect than continue as they have... with jokers.

Danaerys was the highlight, but Varys making new friends, Jaime and Brienne, the manipulative mind of Margaery, Theon's WTF? moment and the events at Craster's (hope I did that without spoilers) - great episode I thought.
maybe it was because I was fully expecting Danaerys so I was just eager to get to that... I will need to rewatch because I think you make some Valid points. Also I laughed at Theon a little, hes such a d-bag.

Went over to a friend who has HBO Go and watched me some Game of Thrones last night... this is how last nights episode went...

If you're ugly or she's ugly, buy two bottles. SImilar, but not the same, wine.
Also, pick up a nice dessert that you think she'd like. Maybe stawberries (sliced or wedged), whipped cream, and dark chocolate (grated) on pound cake; make it for her after dinner.
Set the table with cheap seasonal flowers from the grocery store (optional), and for god's sake, buy a nice smelling candle to burn that smell out of your room (not optional).
Its the smell of loneliness and shame :cry:

lol you are half right, I don't care what she is making ;) but I do know. She is making her homemade spaghetti sauce and cooking up some wheat pasta for it. I am providing Heron Hill Eclipse as the wine of the evening (its a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc)

It has been all doom and gloom for good reason this week so let us celebrate the good.
I very lovely young lady will be making me dinner tonight. She bet on Red and I bet on White at the G-Day scrimmage and I won. Looking forward to some good food and her company.

So we have a system wide password that changes every semester. Usually within 2-5 days it is posted on the internet. Well someone tweeted it and even though it is 3 weeks before finals and its probably been out there for months they changed the damn thing... Student panic has insued...

I watched the latest episode last night. Holy mackerel!
It was pretty good. Daenerys Targaryen is being all clever and such. Jon Snow is way in over his head. Uhhh it is going to be such a good season.

I know this was tweeted/posted last weak and all but it is infinitely less funny now.
Austin is a way better college receiver than Parrish ever was. Not really advocating picking him at 8 but he's a first round talent. He and his teammate were the big reasons Geno Smith looked like a Heisman candidate for the first half of the season.
Austin's size is really the only issue. That being said I think what the bills do is hype of the kid than at the last moment trade back to perhaps TB at 13. That way they can draft someone they want and maximize their assets.

All signs "indicate he has a great work ethic?" Because he works out Gary Roberts? His great work ethic certainly doesn't come across on the ice. Hodgson has looked as uninterested as the rest of his teammates this season. An I am the one accused of "glamorizing?"
I read this board and it doesn't seem many "fans" are having fun watching this team play. Actually, i seems this roster of players causes more anger than anything else. We definitely have different ideas on what constitute being a fan. IMO, being a fan means never having to lie to yourself about a player or the team. I have strong opinions on what type of players I would like to see wearing a Sabres uniform and the type of players I think can turn this franchise around making them "fun to watch" and becoming a true contender. Contender for a Cup not just a 8th or 9th place. Cody Hodgson doesn't fit that mold.
So the Sophomore points leader, #1 center on our team at 22, best passer on our team, one of the most difficult guys to force off the puck is not in the mold for a Stanley cup team?

He started the year hot partially because of Vanek and partially because the eastern conference didn't know how to handle him. Now Vanek has cooled, he is matched up against good opposition that have figured him out a little. He needs to work on draws and be more defensively responsible. Well this is year 2. He's still a kid and I bet most if not all teams would love to have a 22yr old with this guys potential. Hate him all you want but Cody Hodgson brings at least 10x as much to the table as Zack Kassian did.
I said it before and I will continue to, Hodgson is better and will continue to be better than Kassian.

Interesting? 2 points in the last 9 games and it looks likes many have forgotten this thread existed. Is it because old CoHo's disappearance down the stretch this season is a reminder of his disappearance last season?

So last Friday:
We end up going out (as usual) and instead of our favorite bartender working he is just there... drinking. Well he gets free drinks and proceeds to start handing us shots. Before you worry this is not my complaint, it was awesome! So we get shwasted. Wake up the next morning and I discover that I have received a private FB message at 3am that same day. Now some of you will recall I have gone on a few dates recently and have posted some pictures of me with said lady on my FB. So this 3am message I see when I wake up from my alcohol induced coma at around 10am. The sender is a girl I have not spoken to since 2011. You may recall we had a really terrible breakup. Now the only logical conclusion I can come to is that she facebook stalked me, saw said lady, and then got hammered resulting in her thinking it would be a wonderful idea to send me a drunken message. I am not responding and she needs to knock it the f##k off.
I have since double checked my privacy setting and discovered that friends of friends could see my timeline (we have 2 mutual friends still). I have corrected this error.

I do miss Belwas and hope they find a way to work him in at some point--I know he's not a huge role, but he does have some very important moments later on, and I'm not sure who/what would replace him in those moments.
If we are thinking of the same moment, you could send Selmy or Jorah perhaps. Idk it will be interesting. I am glad that they are splitting season 3 and I am also glad that they cast the Reeds for it. They are kinda important going forward.

If it's officially split into two seasons, that's terrific news. And I agree with you, there's no way they just drop half of the characters for a full season doing book 4 as written.
I get what you're saying about Selmy, but given the visual/audio medium versus reading text, I think keeping his identity secret would have been pretty hard. I liked how it was done in the books, but I think it was one of those changes necessary to adapt it to TV.
but they left out Belwas... I wanted to see his dirty fatness. He seemed like a fun character. I understand what you mean, it would have been very difficult to keep it a secret but they could have acted like it was even if we knew. I am going to try an find Episode 2 right now. I really love watching these.

Love the show, and the books. I thought the first episode of the new season was particularly good, especially the scene between Tywin and Tyrion. Poor Tyrion...it's amazing with the way his family treats him that he seems to be the only Lannister with some semblence of honor and a conscience. You'd think he would've turned out to be the most evil of them all, given the circumstances.

I was surprised that they revealed Barristan the way they did in Episode 1 season 3... I thought it was him in the books but it is better not knowing for awhile. Makes it more fun when he gets revealed.
I don't get to see episode 2 until tomorrow uhg.

The third book is probably the best of the five so you guys have a lot to look forward to this season.
I am in book 4 and the rediculousness of book 3 makes me very excited for this season.
I have to say that they have done a good job with the series even if they have changed some things.

Been waiting all week for this:
My date went well, ended up grabbing dinner and hanging out both Thursday and Friday which was cool. Playing things nice and slow and we will see what happens but it is nice.
SYRACUSE IN THE FINAL 4 OOOOO YAAAAAAAA. Wish I had tickets being so close but I am not dropping 600$ on one.
