Ya, culture and the will to win within a season/roster can fall apart, my contention would be if you put the talent and cohesive plan in place to be able to win, that culture goes away fast. There is no defense of anyone in the organization. Together they committed an offense worthy of a mass firing. They spent 2 first round draft picks on a luxury while the only important position was not solved. They are the football version of the guy who blows the rent money on strippers and puts his family out on the street.

My uncle died of a heart attack this afternoon while at the local rec center, working out. He was a great man. He was an amazing Father. He left Deloitte as a partner to become a Professor at RIT so he could actually have a life. He was a true Liberal, in the best sense of that label. He once sued The Town of Penfield claiming that their zoning requirements effectively shut working class people out, with no place to live. He took it all the way to the Supreme Court (it wound up tossed on technical grounds). He was wise, and he always tried to share that with my brother and I. He wasPrw than an uncle. He was a mentor and guide. He was my Confirmation sponsor. His only flaw was that he died a Yankees fan. The way he loved his life was a model for every person who knew him. Rochester and the entire world are less awesome today.

Twice in the last 4 years I've had a hospital tell me that they have no way of telling me how much a procedure will cost ahead of time. Once for what is the most routine overnight hospital admission, childbirth. It made me very sad for American Healthcare. Markets cannot function without information.

Pisses me off either way. It was an easily foreseeable result and further evidence of this administrations ability to write good policy and fail to execute well.

Massachusetts is creating an online repository where hospitals are required to publish their prices of procedures. This, combined with high deductible plans, will be the best way to drive costs down. Agreed. This referendum was meaningless. Not having the Ballot Initiative in NY makes this type of reform very very unlikely.

Same people as always. Nothing has changed. Never will as long as it's ten years between moments of relevancy. This is no worse than before. It has the potential to be marginally better.

Only takes a simple majority referendum to overturn.
