I fear the post-game interview if our guys get bounced out of the building again. That crowd is going to be even more unforgiving until that first goal goes into the net. I give him 10 games and if this team looks the same as last night, he should be fired immediately after that.

This is not just one game, nothing has changed and it's boring as hell. This is not a team flying around, making hits, and missing on a ton of opportunities, this is a team that has ZERO identity for the 5th year in a row. I didn't see any positives tonight, I did not see any glimpses of hope for the future....I saw exactly what Housley saw and for all I know, maybe he IS the problem. If this team is looking like this 10 games from now, he's done. This is no longer acceptable and that entire game experience sucks just as bad as any of the previous 5..or 6 or however many years ago. I scheduled a client trip to NYC a month ago and it just so happens to be this coming Tuesday in NYC (Yankees vs Red Sox). I don't even like baseball but I sure as hell can't wait to experience the electricity running through that fan-base. I would say the Sabres arguably have the worst atmosphere in the entire NHL. It is not one game, it is one big mess.

Not traded to the East - perfect. Maybe they did not get a lot in return because Karlsson was not willing to sign an extension? So that would mean if he does not re-up with the Sharks, this was a trade deadline offer except for a full year.

Nothing new today and anyone who didn't know the line would be this bad has not been following this team for the last year-and-a-half. Allen should not see the field for one day this year

My buddy in St. Louis thinks that Tage is probably a year or two away until we see his full potential. He needs to fill out and then could be a force. He is not someone the Blues wanted to let go but they are in win-now mode. The whole trade makes a lot of sense.
