What the hell is going on in Montreal and wow, Crosby...just wow.

I loved everything I saw about that game last night and then I heard this morning that LA and Anaheim are the 2 worst puck possession teams in the NHL? I was kind of hoping that it was more the Sabres dominating than anything else. Still, it was the best game I have watched in years.

The best part about this is that I am actually looking forward to going to the next game on Thursday against Montreal. If this team from tonight shows up then, we may finally have a chance to turn around the atmosphere in that building.

I'm really having a hard time believing what I am seeing right now. This is the type of skating that I thought we were going to see from these guys for so long and I really hope this is a glimpse into the future.

This is by far the most complete game they have played this year.

We usually see a couple of these each year and just have to hope that an offensive minded coach with a team not living up to expectations is fired. Who that coach may be is anyone's guess but in recent years, it happened in Boston, Montreal, Washington, etc.. Thoughts?

Put it this way, the only thing that is different is goaltending. It's the only reason they have any points at all. 3 weeks from now, they will be 10 points out of 8th and the season will be over.

I commend you all for staying positive. If i didn't have kids who loved going to the games, the losing would not get to me so much. Anyhow, hope i see a W when i wake up!

Sabres coming down the rink on offense

I am willing to bet that the Sabres will not be above 500 the rest of the season. I think they are probably 10 points out of 8th Place by the end of November if Housley is not fired
