I get skeptical with predictions of teams... Seattle wasn't supposed to be here yet.... Boston was supposed to have fallen off a cliff... Toronto was going to the cup. Etc etc. Jersey was supposed to be better.... But not this much. Every season, a team or a few of them come out of the woodwork and just shock you, Philly is "supposed to be" Meh, but I'm not counting on it 100%

I honestly didn't think Seattle would be this good, they didn't get the same name fare as Vegas but somehow they are rocking, and that arena is hopping too. Makes me sad thinking that a Vegas/Seattle WCF could be in the cards, while we toil in the abyss for eternity.

The best of the west and the team that beat us to basically get in, then bested Toronto and Boston.... Um, no way

😂😂😂 There's a saying in medicine "when you hear hoofbeats, think horses not zebras" it means deal with the most common things first. The zebras are the oddities that Dr. House would find lol. It's also why you go to a place like Cleveland clinic or Mt Sinai, etc to look for the less common things. There's also another saying "Ocams Razor" which translates to meaning that there's usually one explication for multiple issues and it's the simplest explination. We are a weird breed in Healthcare.

I think I'm being a bit unfair, they're great with cardio and things of that nature. They're bad with the zebras of medicine. I think if it's clear cut, they are more than capable, but if it's an obscure diagnosis then it may be easier to go to a more comprehensive place.

I sadly have to say my experience with Buffalo General was deplorable. I wish it was different, but I've resorted to transferring patients to Hamot when given the opportunity. In my specific situation, the miss was huge.

The Cleveland clinic is what all institutions should strive to be. What a comprehensive place with every specialist and communication between all staff. I've been in the field for quite a while, and being a patient sucks. Going there is a game changer.

Jersey had zero chance in that series. Florida or Toronto would have a tough out against a rested Canes.

I do think that if a puck goes off a ref and goes right to an opposition player, that goal shouldn't count, or something to that affect. They talked about it during the 2nd intermission, I get that it could get tricky.

Innocent until proven guilty is a thing of the past. Hell, even a paid administrative leave until it's sorted out type of thing would have been sufficient.

I can't wait to work a little on the new place, the cash profit from the sale of my home should allow me the ability to really make some nice upgrades. Just waiting until around July to close and get my house closed on as well.
