I started working out about 7 weeks ago, I have the tonal and it's great. Most of my form is fine, but my squats and deadlifts I'm pretty sure are trash. I have poor hip and ankle mobility. I'll probably need to go see a trainer just for form. But my lower back is shot today from the sets from yesterday (probably with improper form) that feeling where the nerves to the bladder are compressed making you feel like you gotta go, but really don't..... This is aging eh 😜

My grandmother used to live with us when I was younger.. She used to smoke with O2 her face and even had a Trach temporarily from throat cancer... From smoking When I was a kid, I remember her popping a cig to the teach to smoke through it 😂😂 She also had diabetes and was supposed to not be eating sweets... She would trick my parents by emptying a bag of veggie crisps and promptly dumping a container or 2 of Sno-Caps In there, so it appeared she was eating healthy. I caught her one day and just like the mob, she gave me the be quiet sign and slid a 20$ bill to me to not tell my parents. She was a train wreck but they don't build them like that anymore 😂

There's a really cool sleep calender that let's you adjust your sleep times based on what time zone you'll be in to minimize jet lag, They also have private chartered flights so that will play into it. Europe isn't all that bad, direct flights in 6ish hours and a 5 to 6 hours time difference. Once you start getting past that, that's when things get stupid, start doing Asia and Micronesia and yeah, I would def make sure there's more of a buffer.

These guys aren't traveling like you or I, they have sports people in sciences I've never even heard of. If I can be jetlagged AF and still manage a hospital Dept full of meth and trauma then these guys with top notch amenities can play a game a little tired 😜

Pshhh 12 days, I could knock out half of Europe in that time 😜 but seriously that's a long time.

I don't have the specifics, but apparently if you have better credit then you will actually be getting charged at a higher rate, apparently those with credit 600-650 will obtain the best rate. It's def politically motivated, but again I haven't looked into it, just was told this from a trusted financial person.

The new scheming I was told by a financial advisor is that you're going to be punished for good credit.... I can't make sense of it all. Too complex

Failed a sobriety test on arrival. Also, the way it works is that he is then typically booked and then transported to a local hospital for a legal blood draw.... To the ER. From first hand experience, there is a large time gap between all that happening and the nurse drawing the blood, so that BAC just keeps dropping. So yeah, it was above the legal limit still after all that happened. The bigger issue is the road rage and the passing on the right, but let's not get all hung up on the defense of this jackwagon.
