Goalie should let in less than 2 then. It's one thing if they were playing well all year, but the whole collective team just sucks, at 5 min left in a tie game, this team should just be clamping down for OT, and lehner shouldn't be giving up that goal

I forgot we had a game today, I turned it out with 5 to go at 2-2 And lehner sucks, I mean sure it was a great shot, and he never should have been able to walk in like that.... It was an amazing shot. But, our God Dammm goalies need to step up when it counts, that is unacceptable. I see a team that isn't good enough, players that can't cash in when needed and our elite player getting benched (intentionally or not) and getting frustrated. Your welcome sharks, our team has gotten so bad that you get a win here, we are getting into tank territory

I won't ever blame a guy throwing his body around in the NHL, including sam..... But too many times I've seen him easily bumped away causing a rush the other way or loss of team possession, if he's gonna be a 2 way guy, Ala Bergeron then yes please, but right now I see a lost kid, who is getting bounced around the lineup of a crappy team. That's not a good mix for both sam and the Sabres.

I know his linemates make a huge difference, unlike eichel where he can work with almost anything.... The next 2 months have to be finding chemistry with Sam, if nothing clicks, I just don't see him in the long term plans

I'm certainly not blaming him for being physical, but I don't even know if I'd call him a skill guy. Sure he was drafted as one, but I haven't seen it this season....im just at a point where I'm starting to demand more from our players, and Sam is on the top of that list.
