  1. I'll be ice skating at canal side this afternoon, that's as close to this game as I'll wanna be. Sadly, I think we're in for a rude awakening, I think a couple close wins against bad teams has us forgetting just how bad we are, and we're gonna see that tonight. Thanks Jbot, you sucked the excitement out of a rivalry game for me. Hockey Heaven
  2. So a musical at Sheas, or a ballet at KBC.... Tough call.
  3. I will most likely see nothing, amazingly I'm not a huge concert person, occasionally I stumble on something (2 years ago in Pittsburgh stumbled in to a free bastille concert). I'd rather just be out of the US and happen to find something cool. I heard third eye blind in Norway from my Bnb. And I'm hoping to find an EDM festival abroad one day as well, but not on purpose lol
  4. He got Skinner in the same way st Louis got ROR. Both situations were a win for the receiving team, sadly we now are paying 9 million to a guy that just isn't really good right now for whatever reason ? I still think he can't identify talent and that is a huge faux Pas So anyways, we won tonight 4-1 and Victor gets the first one, this is followed by a 5 game regulation winless streak
  5. My older sister is a new anti-vaxxer and somehow has become a major Conspiracy theorist lately (too much time on the internet). She loves to argue but Franky, isn't smart enough about any of this to have the opinions she does. I can't help but see this In society, the number of patients who spew nonsense about vaccines, the Coronavirus, the govt did this on purpose, etc etc. I just can't with any couth handle it much anymore. The influenza virus, by large has and will cause more damage than this one in China, the vaccination was poor this year (as it has been in recent years). This is not to discount Corona at all, the virus is real and is a thing that has the ability to spread. But the spotlight it is receiving in this new technological age is getting outta hand!
  6. Coming from a medical perspective, I'm curious what caused the syncope and collapse. The differential is very large and can be anything from dehydration to cardiac arrest, and anything in between. I am glad he's well, but I believe his retirement is most like looming, he's had a hell of a career, no point in continuing the risk if it was something more along the serious side.
  7. It's never the flow, they see scrubs and see ???? too bad they don't see the massive debt along with it. They don't realize I got nothing left for then until it's too late.
  8. You didn't think it was smooth moves and skill did you??!?
  9. That penalty looked like a stick lift to me, I never know what is hooking anymore
  10. Oh, but teasing is the best part, it comes right before the roofie
  11. But, yours are much more exciting to read, and it also causes angry Liger to come out at times, and that is a treat for me ?
  12. Oh I close all the time....
  13. The hockey is straight up terrible, I watched a very nice 3 on 2 just go to waste because we don't have players that know what to do, the Puck went the other way and the wings got a chance. Bright spot, we scored 2, so I get free coffee for the ride home
  14. This team, so frustrating, but at least they're playing physical a bit
  15. That was beaut-I-ful by Dahlin
  16. Sammy and Montour, good job guys
  17. Got myself some free socks, thanks Sabretooth ??
  18. I would do it in a heartbeat!
  19. That looked bad, and also Miller is hurt, surprised he didn't get a crosschexking call or 5
  20. I'm up in 306 in case anyone is around and has some time to meet up in between periods
  21. Look for the road machine smart 2, that's the ticket, and grab a front riser ring too, I like my bike to be even lol
  22. Honestly, it's probably the best way to keep the authenticity of a true cycle. It's not as fun as being outside, but it does a good job of keeping it very accurate. I have a fan I put on myself work the workout and pop the TV on and cycle away to whatever is on. I like the fluid trainers as you use your own gears to shift and the fluid mimics resistance quite well, and my kinetic road machine (the one I have here) has a built in power meter to give me accurate Mph/distance/watts etc. For about 279$ or so, I think it was a great purchase, especially for the winter to train and stay in cycling shape. Separately, I just ran 8 miles and kept my best pace since I've started of 10:15/mile. I love seeing improvement when training, I was even keeping my heart rate in the upper 150,s for most of it! One step closer to that Ironman
  23. Gonna get a giant spaghetti Parm at chefs, and then head over to watch the skating dead. I'm sure the Pasta will be the highlight of the evening.
