Every time I get even a little excited about this team well…… Honestly I really and truly don’t care anymore. It’s simply not worth the effort or emotional investment. Even if they do win, this collapse is unacceptable.

At 4-0 it should be over but let’s be honest here, ya had to know it was far from over.

People may hate this but I’d go with an over and back rule too BUT instead of faceoffs, the whistle blows, time stops, the offending team has to immediately send puck down to opposition goal line and then as soon as the defending team touches puck clock starts again and they go on offense. Offending team can’t enter the zone until change of possession. It would be very quick and simple. This stuff we are seeing now is boring AF.

I don’t care if Dylan scored he took a lazy penalty and another for being a baby and the game turned. His stupid, ill-advised scrap in a 5-1 game has derailed his career. He could’ve been counted in to get into a scrap that was a fair fight to get himself going or team but forget that now. He is a shadow of his former feisty self.

Lindy Ruff should have sat Cozen’s butt on the bench for the rest of the game. Terrible penalties to take.

Dylan Cozens has completely lost his mojo since last years beat down he took. Imagine little Xach having to handle that situation. Cozens needs to man up.

Being in BC I don’t see a lot of our games but was surprised to see Quinn was scratched. I do know that more need the press box and soon. If Sammy isn’t scratched next game then Ruff is all huff and no puff. (Nice rhyme) Sammy gave away first goal of the season, took a ridiculous penalty late in another to cost the game and then again last night a brutal pass. Anyone else see some players who need a seat?

No issue with some heated moments in practice however Ras can’t be going low like that on a teammate. If Krebs was injured there it would be a very bad look as Ras knew what he was doing. Other than that, I like it. Glad nobody was hurt.

The Oilers have the two best players on the planet. Kinda helps.

The team needs some pieces moved and that is tough. Tage and Dylan are good players but maybe this isn’t the place for them. We don’t have enough skilled toughness either. Krebs fighting again? It’s sad. I didn’t see game until end and obviously Sammy should be presse boxed. If he can be moved for anything I’d do it. It’s great they all like each other but I’d rather have a JT Miller who could care less if you like him or not. He played to win, every single night. Can’t wait 25 games unfortunately

I can’t believe Lindy benched Benson? He was arguably their best player yesterday aside from his big turnover.

We may really have to consider moving Tage this year. Love for him to succeed here but he looks so disinterested already.
