I disagree with the notion that the GM shouldnt want to love his city of employment or have emotional attachments to his players. Leadership requires the ability to both work and interact with your team. More so now than in the past. Where Adams fails is he can’t separate his emotional and business side.

Perhaps they should play better and work harder instead of making lazy mistakes and going on vacations before complaining about playing here.
