  1. what is the date and time of the draft ?
  2. Thanks. I wonder if the Nucks are working on that. It would be a perfect fit for them.
  3. Maybe the countess has a vulcan death grip ?
  4. The Canucks are apparently asking for a second for lack. Why offer them a first in Grigs ? If its some sort of bidding war I get it.
  5. Word is the Canucks would love to move Utica to Abbotsford which is about an hours drive from Van. Calgary currently has their farm there. Not sure how that could be worked out.
  6. Unfortunately Grigs troubles are some of the leftover stench of the Regier era in Buffalo. I feel for the kid and if anyone were to write a handbook on how to screw up a prospect one needs to look no further than the Sabres handling of MG. What a clusterf#&k. Hope he comes around.
  7. If Coney Hotdog played more like a footlong rather than a cocktail wienie I'd forgive him his troubles but I agree he is my Smehlik as well. Mmmm. I think my snuggy was dealt at the deadline. Take your pick.
  8. Yup. I should have kept my trap shut.
  9. I agree with you on that one. B.C.s interior is beautiful on so many levels.
  10. Victor Hedman is really having a great playoff. It'll be interesting to see who wins tonight. It just might be enough momentum to carry through game 6. I'm hoping it goes 7.
  11. You are one prolific dude Liger. My Gawd you've reached that milestone in record time. Congrats
  12. I'd heard he dropped by Gary Roberts gym to say hi to some old team mates and actually helped move the buffet table or something something... On a serious note does anyone know if Roberts training has a huge impact on players or is it just riding on some kind of Gary Roberts brand. Does it deserve the accolades is what I'm trying to say ? I can't remember any data to actually back up the hype and by all accounts it hasn't really done much for Cody.
  13. I agree.
  14. It had the stars and stripes as well as the eagle. He mentioned Eichels gift to him ( U.S. Hockey t-shirt ) and the fact that he does in fact support U.S. hockey. I suppose that remains to be seen but he mentioned his American wife and 2 offspring who were born stateside.
  15. Anyone stateside notice Don Cherrys tie ? Dammit Eleven. You've got quicker fingers than me. :P
  16. Agreed
  17. Why this is even questioned is beyond me. This guy obviously doesn't see the big picture and takes himself a little too seriously. I'm sure he's used to having people kowtow to his wishes regardless of their level of stupidity.
  18. Good post. I was raised by parents that never practiced a religion but THEY taught me right from wrong and also taught me to respect others. My morality was given to me by good parents. I respect no man like I respect my father. Same goes with my mother. Some aren't so lucky in terms of the parenting they receive. A fear of god isn't what keeps me on the straight path. I believe you don't need god to be a good person but if you are one of those that does need god to be a good person then by all means, turn to god. Whatever works for you.
  19. Eichels steely grip has toews turning red
  20. Quick response
  21. Nice one by Kruppstahl :worthy:
  22. Anyone want to try out a bizarre movie try ' movie 43 '. Very different is all I can say to explain it. A collection of stories with a whole cast of actors. The first starts off with Kate Blanchets character going on a blind date with Hugh Jackmans character. Jackman plays a very ' ballsy ' dude in this one.
  23. People do not need God to be morally responsible.
