Yes originally from Buffalo but Live in Vegas. Still a Sabres fan but also a Golden Knights Fan when we are not playing Buffalo. Like I said in the post you won't want Ship. I can say this much I don't want him here in Vegas and I don't want him in Buffalo. Not saying he's isn't a decent player but he was outplayed by others to make this squad here in Vegas. He likes overpassing the puck when he should be shooting and just not overly impressed by him. McPhee has already said that he wants picks and/ or prospects coming back for any roster players.

As a season ticket holder for the Knights and still a Sabres fan you don’t want Shipachyov on Buffalo. I’m hoping some other teams over pays us for what he is. Buffalo needs defense and they need a good swift kick in the ass on offense. Too many lazy players. Believe me watching Ship in practice here in Vegas you don’t want him. Yes he has some skill to him but he was passed by others here for the top 6. I wasn’t a big fan of him. I’m more a fan of Alex Tuch because when both were sent down at the start of the season most knew Tuch had played himself onto this team. You look at the Boston game Tuch was in on the first two goals. He’s a force on the forecheck and tough on the back check. Yes I know it’s only been a handful of games here for the Knights but what I’ve seen is a hard working team. I expect Ship to be moved when the right offer comes. Prospect plus picks is my guess.

As a Knights fan as well I see him being moved. He’s a pass first guy with skill who likes to overpass. If we can get a top prospect back or a number 1 pick. McPhee will pull the trigger.

We shall see. The Knights have a lot of solid players. My favorite player is Alex Tuch. Thanks Minnesota for giving us a great young player. He’s big, can skate, goes in the corners and wins battles, and goes right to the front of the net. Our defense works hard. I like our team.

I knew I should of bet against Buffalo. They look like the Ron Rolston Sabres. Fing terrible

I don’t think they are that bad. If the effort was there and we were still losing I would say they are scary bad. But when you know they can bring more than what they our showing that is what is upsetting. I’m not sure if they don’t like Housley system or what.

I noticed in Anaheim, Vegas and tonight. It’s like that guy in pickup hockey that knows he can dominate when he wants but instead of turning it on and upping his game he actually lowers his game by just moving the puck and not really putting forth any serious effort.

It also helps when you have Babcock, Shanahan and Lou.

You forgot to mention Robin is the only goalie that can’t stop a beach ball in a shootout.

Listening to the postgame and it’s the same . I like it the coaching staff is going to look at tape and break it down. Truth is each player needs to look at themselves in the mirror and need to put forth the effort. This team sucks until they put the effort. I don’t see Housley staying if this keeps continuing.

They need to be booed off the ice. This team looks like it got worse. Totally unacceptable.

True, many people here from Buffalo but most feel Vegas at least puts in the effort

Agree. Now if everyone else work that hard they would be winning. And if not at least you know they gave it all they had and if you lose so be it as long as the effort is there.

Housley has his work cut out for him. Always Dave Tippet out there if Housley doesn’t work out. It seemed like he got the most out of the Coyotes when he was there

Seen this in Anaheim and in Vegas. He uses his speed well but I would like him to keep going hard to the net. He’s a big guy who is tough to contain because of his size and speed. Who else sees Jack just going thru the motions. For a guy that just signed for $80 million you would think he would take more control of this team. He’s like that player who instead of dominating and turning it up a notch, he turns it down and looks to pass.

This team needs to work period. No one wants to attack the puck and hustle back. This team if it continues will be top ten pick again.
