Being a Knights season ticket holder sad thing is Vegas couldn’t afford to keep him due to cap issues. The Knights I guess didn’t want to mess with the chemistry of the current squad to fit him in. Plus they weren’t willing to pay him 4+ million for a guy that never played in the league on the smaller ice surface. I think he’s going to be a really good player though. His passing skills are excellent and he’s got some smooth shoot out skills. Just on the small side.

I’m still a Sabres fans since I lived there for my first 16 years plus my Aunt was a season seat holder since 1970. I’m torn when they play each other. If you people only knew what the Knights meant to Vegas and why we love them so much. I would have never seen this coming because we moved to Vegas in 89 when there were only 250,000 people here now it’s been growing ever since. Most of us here don’t want the Raiders here but I’m looking forward to when they play Buffalo because it’s gonna be filled with Bills fans.

Being a season ticket holder for the Knights. McNabb is a shut down defensive defenseman. He really blossomed since coming to Vegas. Carrier plays hard every shift. Just needs to shoot more. I liked Miller when we had him but one thing you guys will see in him is he misses the net a ton but he’s very shy on getting hit.

The officials blew that call big time. What a joke. They didn’t even have their arm up for any penalty and then they huddle up and give Eakin 5 minutes and a game. ***** pathetic. Pavelski was off balance and it was a freak accident. It’s hockey not ***** figure skating. Great job by the ref to decide the series on a freak accident. At the most it should have been only 2 minutes.

Not a fan of Chicago picking third. But as I have been saying for years you better have excellent scouting to find players all throughout the draft. Why is Buffalo in this situation is part of that problem.

If I played for a ***** up organization I would want out! Losing sucks and this organizations ability to fix the current situation is becoming a joke!

Housley should have realized that he had issues with team defense and created a system that the players could buy in to so that they could compete every night and at least have a chance to win every game. Look at the Islanders. They lost Tavares and because of the system coach Totts put in the players bought in and have made the playoffs. Nobody thought they would be better especially when you lose a player of Tavares caliber. I’m tired of hearing Phil only had a few quality nhl players. Give me a break. All these players besides the rookies have been around for awhile. Good coaches can adjust to what they have to work with. This coaching staff sucked and failed to get the most out of the players. They needed a coach that is tough on his players. To me he seemed soft.

Let’s face it people. No player wants to play for an organization that is in disarray. And we can all admit they are a complete shitshow.

I would do a complete overhaul of the hockey department. If you are gonna get this team back on the right track they have and I mean they have to start hitting on these draft picks. Who in their right mind would want to play for this team. They are just like the Bills. Play through your initial contracts and then leave as fast as you can. Look at the front office of the Islanders they lose their franchise player but get new coach and Lou and look this team makes the playoffs. Even Carolina has sped ahead of us.

This is beyond ugly. Nobody wants to pay good money to see some overpaid, no defense playing, no hustle and no Drive having ***** team. Well it was nice knowing you Skinner because why in the hell would he stay in Buffalo. You could throw in at least 5 more losses if he wasnt here. They need to hire some solid hockey guys to fix this ***** show. They are unwatchable.

In all fairness to Botteril. O’ Reilly lost his love for hockey in Buffalo. The way this shitshow is going they seem like they need a complete overhaul of coaching and scouting.

Can they fire Phil Housley please. They have totally quit on him. This team is pathetic!

I agree. I think they have some decent players but this team lacks quality coaching. They need someone that is tough on these guys.

Only in Buffalo a player like O'Reilly can lose his love for the game of hockey.

No matter what most you guys think. Not many quality free agents are going to be heading to Buffalo unless they overpay big time. Buffalo needs to get their ***** together real soon or their will continue to be a mass exodus of players out of Buffalo in hockey and in football. It just feels like they are a farm team for the NHL and NFL. I have been saying for years the key in Buffalo is drafting and developing since Buffalo is not on established players most wanted destinations to play in.

I always thought what he had to write about the Sabres was always amusing. He hyped up every player that came to this team as they were the best to play the game. You couldn't take anything he wrote seriously because of this.

Paying no state tax. He’s gonna love it here in Vegas. If Buffalo loses Skinner in the off-season they will be right back to square one. It’s like they took a big step forward this year but losing Skinner without replacing all those goals would mean how many more loses? I still don’t think Housley is the right coach for this team. It’s sad because the people in Buffalo deserve so much better!

If you take Skinner off this roster you will have more losses. He’s having his best season ever and if he walks at the end of the season you again take another step back. Yes I like are other additions as well but I believe we need a better coach. I don’t think Phil Housley is the right guy for this team. Joel Quinnville is available I make the call for him. I think Bots has done a great job with the amateur scouts and finally have taken the right steps. And what I mean is you need strong scouting that finds players that can contribute at the nhl level that is drafted in rounds 2-7.
