The history of this concept is quite interesting here in Buffalo. Many know that the Rich Products Corporation wanted the stadium to be called "Coffee Rich Park," and the Bills vetoed that. But the dispute went on far after it was named "Rich Stadium." The Bills refused to use that name in any official literature, any communications, on game tickets, etc. So Rich had to sue. And won. Also, I think "Lemon Scented Pledge Arena" has a nice aroma to it.

It isn't about politics, or which state is better, but it has been about "we don't want people from your state; please stay home" since at least mid-March. Again, not enforceable, just a reasonable request of people from states where the virus is exploding now, as it was here then.

Neo, please stay home. Tens if not hundreds of thousands of New York Staters respected Florida's request that we stay home during spring break. Meanwhile, Florida and Texas and others went about as if almost nothing could happen locally. Now that's being paid out, and we ask that you respect our state's request like we did your state's.

I don't think the state trooper can actually require you to quarantine. Not that I have any particular training in this field or anything... And there we go. Nailed it. These ideas are great, but unsusceptible of enforcement.
