That was a great look. And let me say this, I lived away from Buffalo when the Goatheads came out. Within a year, half the high schools and youth programs were wearing variations of that jersey. It was a popular design everywhere.
My old Aud memory are the ramps. In the corners were duct openings on the floor. Kid's would play kick hockey with a crumpled beer cup with the ducts as goals.
I don't know. I see many poor decisions that don't necessarily become turnovers. It's subtle things like passing the puck to the wrong side of a player, forcing him to stop or backtrack just to maintain possession. Or just not knowing where a teammate is when making a pass.
Focusing on goaltending ignores the real problem: puck handling in the Sabres own end and the resulting defensive breakdowns. These Sabres are helpless in their own end. They are the easiest team to forecheck into a turnover.
3 points out of 6, easily could have been 4. This team is hanging in there though it feels like they are falling behind, ala last season. The offense is clearly better but they still are terrible with the puck in their own end.
AM waves travel further at night. So stations on the same channel in different cities have to pull their signals in at night.
They lose Rochester but they are heard like a local station in Toronto day and night.
Feels like that but no. A $6 ticket ends up costing you $10. (Still a fat markup.). I suppose if bought an expensive enough ticket you could pay as much as $50 in fees.
