I like it in general, the stripes are a little odd. I like the gold charging Buffalo. I'm willing to sell my soul to get that blue back full time, though. They weren't just going to run the old home whites, they have to make these things different every year.

I hope the Sabres trade Eichel so I can cheer for him on a good team.

If Everton get relegated I might switch to Chelsea, honestly. I don't really owe them that much loyalty. I signed on for Howard, stayed for Lukaku, and both are gone.

The Sabres suck. The Bills suck. Everton sucks. The USMNT sucks. All sports are terrible and only lead to disappointment.

Finished up the season, ended up really liking it. Took a while for me to figure out what they were doing with it, but I enjoyed it the whole way through.

I potentially will be starting a new job at some point before the end of the year (unofficial offer made, need one more meeting with a CTO and a background check), which is great, but its going to be downtown, so I'll have to deal with waiting to get a parking spot in a ramp. Luckily I live close enough that I can take public transport, or even just bike there when its nice enough.

Resurgence's Vanilla Cappuccino Pumpkin Ale is my favorite pumpkin beer by a large margin. Not overwhelmingly spiced. In the past I'd drink a Warlock, my second favorite pumpkin beer, once or twice at the beginning of the season, then call it a day for all pumpkin beers until the next fall. Van Cap I can easily drink a 4 pack of tall boys in a weekend and enjoy every one. Resurgence can be underwhelming, but that one hits me right where I live.

I guess my real point is, what makes you think that they haven't been scouting WNY? Just because they haven't drafted those specific guys that you mentioned? Thats not really enough for me. The Sabres have sucked at drafting in general for a while, scouting one specific location has nothing to do with it, IMO.

Didn't the take a shot at Iafallo? I mean, I'm sure they knew about him even if they didn't. I don't think this is a thing. You might as well say "do we scout enough from Winnipeg? Look at this list of 10 players from there that they didn't draft." I'd rather they treat every location the same, not give some sort of extra attention to Western/Upstate New York. Hometown guys are nice stories, but I'd rather just have the best talent regardless of where they're from.

Luke in the Falcon. Excellant. I really hope this one goes how I'm picturing. If so, then the first one being a near replica of the earlier episodes will actually end up being a perfect set up. Lull us into a false sense of security, then rip the rug out from under our feet.
