In a vacuum this may be the law... haven't read the applications, the scope and the current law in context to political appointees. Need to find that legal language context to know better its scope, any other legal appplications that may overlap or provide exceptions, federal code applications etc etc... context my myopic friends. Really liking the new fourth line

I have major problems with both, but bigger ones with Trump because of Russian links... and yes I believe they are there... Still think HRC pulls this one out but the email attacks hurt... Itll be interesting to see if HRC people can come with her own counter other than the women stuff... if there is more tangible email... russian links that make news then trump will be back on defensive... this last week is gonna be a nasty train wreck... Bottom line still not happy with either...

Agreed they dont even look like a cohesive team. Wth happened to that youthful enthusiasm. Risto is a shell, w/o Eichel Sam looks lost, Ennis at least is back and Fasching is showing signs of life. Sabres look like they need a stud center to go along with Eichel, but one who knows how to score.

Yes Sabres need another goalie... Franson needs a graceful burial, hoping Borhen is called seems physical and Gorges needs to be demoted to 3rd pair and finally Sabres need to get find replacements for Gionta and Moulson which is going to take time... frustrating.

Canadian's aren't any better in this regard yet per capita health care is a lot cheaper... Agreed insurance cos have everyone by the cahoonas. No big Hospital networks are going that route and some are forming their own payer system. It will be interesting to see how it evolves but I still think their needs to be federal regulation of insurance companies. They are top heavy lawyer laden drains on our economy. Other than the military, insurance and drug cos constitute the biggest waste of federal resources. Not that military is uneeded just wasteful.

Sigh Sabres stand around too much in O they need to cut and pass like in Basketball.... theyre good on the boards but god the dont move and dont pass unless its a redicolously tough one that gets intercepted.

Speed issue is only relevant if the Sabres dont play physical. Difference is not so much if Sabres play with an edge, but they have yet to do so for three periods except against the Oilers.

Again theey havent let too many of the young guys up and its getting time to see if they can sink or swim. Need at least 1 more high end D in this years draft and a scoring forward. Bring up Bailey, Carrier Baptiste, sit Moulson., D-Lo and any other non performers and let them work thru it.

True the so called rules getting even more confusing... not saying unwanted assgrabbing is appropriate especially in a married deal agreed is unwarranted... in a drunken college situation... the rules are little blurry short of copulation.... My rule way back then was if got slapped not ok, if not i was usually too drunk to do much else but the original dare by my sophmoric dormmates... wasnt a big grabber anyway... but in college bars along with a comment of nice as s worked a few times... just saying alcohol blurred rules of decorum...for both male and female

Exactly, Defense and Healthcare (medicare) make up approximately 85% of the Budget... Discretionary makes up less than 5% maybe more now... so hardly a dent.. Cutting bureacratic employees, defense waste and slowing down the rate of increase colas on entitlements would have the greatest effect to balance the budget.
