Why I Don't Want Any of the Remaining Teams to Win.
North Buffalo replied to Eleven's topic in The Aud Club
Aggree on DC. Remember them piping in crowd noise by putting in micro phones over the one lower bowl section with cap fans to drown out the majority of Sabre fans. Its a joke there and most dont even understand the game. Plus, no way I want a Putin stooge winning it all. -
What I see is a guy with a quick release, strong arm who needs to lighten up on his short passes and not get happy feet in the pocket. He needs to slide step better. He intermediate and deep balls were very accurate and he can throw guys open if they have the hands to catch... Zay Jones needs to improve. Allen may need some time and good coaching. Remember he really has only been coached decently for two years in div 1. Hope his learning curve is fast... seems very coachable... dreaded word potential is there... but I think he will impress.

Agreed got to stay away from these arguements too sorry. The blue collar aura of Buffalo is long gone agreed. What I like about a hockey player such as Dhalin is a desire to win with the tools and moxie to work hard, grind at it. If that is blue coller so be it. Its a label nothing more and a journalistic catch phrase to say something like that. Used to be lunch pail.

Holy Mackerel! Sabres Win Dahlin Lottery!
North Buffalo replied to Randall Flagg's topic in The Aud Club
Agree hyperbole can be over the top and yet Dahlin is just one guy. He will help a lot but the Sabres need more. A goalie to step up and some wingers. Hope they can figure a way to sign a FA who can score, but may need to wait for young guys to develop. Here is to hope with tempered expectations. -
He was 14/55, get off your high horse. Even Steven A defended him. Watch his interviews on the subject before you go off. All of you. And yes we need to remove all the hate language from our lexicon. In today’s internet it is too easily misconstued, used when it shouldnt be and copied by our kids. Kid was copying, emphasis on kid, rap lyrics. Liger, nowadays racial cant be used, not just by african americans, gays, you name it. It just perpetuates the usage of those terms. Censorship does little good. Societal leadership and education makes useage go down. Companies need to not fund its usage. Just stating my opinion. Censorship laws do little good but calling bad language for what it is imo is fine.
-
Maybe but kid has been humble about it apologized and said they were stupid to do. Yes they were from a rap song and TV show. That being said even rappers should stop that language. Its all bs. Back when I was young and dumb we used all of the racially insensitive stuff not just for blacks. Its a different world and if it cant be used then it shouldnt be used by anyone. No double standard just to be cool or fit in. Plenty of cuss words that arent racially sensitive you can call someone.

Depends on the diaper needed. Seriously depends on the kid and his personality. Some can adjust to any environment, other seem not to have neen weened and need more coddling. Not sure how to quantify. Rosen seems to need the coddling but dont see AZ as a height of intellectual curiosity. Allen betting could fit in anywhere, just seems that way.. but you never know? You need to listen to the few Dhalin interviews... I disagree. That is with any foreign born player.

No on Karrlson... love him a lot but dont trust that wonky heel. That has to be really tough to deal with.

Evander Kane did very well in his 1st playoff game
North Buffalo replied to gilbert11's topic in The Aud Club
Wow Wyld. call me impressed... I am to old to do that but it crossed my mind. Went from a political to a photographer to an xray tech... no money in photography but thought about becoming a radiologists... just didnt want to sit at a computer screen all day. Many ER docs, the good ones check their patients first then do orders and check tests but others dont and I am always incredulous... not in a good way. -
Corrected its Parry Sound. PS there is great Hockey Hall of fame on the Harbor there that if you get up to that part of Canada it should be visited. Also take the 30,000 Island cruise. My folks owned property up there and I spent many a summer up there fishing and camping on them.

Just hope JBots can find a scoring winger for Jack with speed... If CJ great but not convinced.

Evander Kane did very well in his 1st playoff game

Because docs nowadays dont actually examine the patients... nurses, techs, PAs do that grunt work, while Docs sit at their computers and wait for the results... good enough shot back Wyld??? :) -
Evander Kane did very well in his 1st playoff game

:) My brother still has one shoulder lower than his other from Rugby. Guess he leaned one way too much. Kept seeing another Rugby player who played thru multiple separations. His AC gaps were each 3/4 an inchwide. Guy was nuts.., -

Fair enough, but he has had more than one it sounds. Just saying the more you have on the same shoulder, the worse I have seen the separation get. The gap doesnt seem to get better from what Ive seen each subsequent separation appears worse in my experience on the same guys. But hey your the doc. I just take the pics. -

Dislocated or AC joint. Probably the later which can be fixed with surgey... they wire the acromion to the clavicle. Common injury in football and rugby players. It doesnt get better without surgery. Drops your shoulder because ligaments are torn or stretched. -
Generally agree now. The only way you give up ROR is for a top winger a young talented goalie and a prospect. Not likely to happen but that’d be my asking price.

Or under less scientific terms but philosophical terms the color blue is as we each individually define it and as such is the color blue. The rest is just an arguement over perception that none of us can prove. :)

By definition it is... it is whatever we call it, I cant do that devil emoji and cell phone :)

I dont think she works that way... she and Terry consult and then she will execute. I get a sense that she gathers info and may check in with outside experts when she feels she needs. But she doesnt do anything in a vacuum. Though her decisions are final, she doesnt work by fiat.

Bert Luce and Schoeny when I was young, loved Alex because that is my name and Peca for his hustle - liked Ales Kotalik just for his name and now our Lord and Savior Mitts. -
On offhand your back is turned toward a pinching D to receive puck on forehand and you have two choices... turn to the middle to stay on your forehand not a good thing too easy to take away or peek and switch puck to backhand. Either way you need too look out because it is too easy to get nailed. On forehand same side facing out you can let the puck get by you a bit and easier to keep an eye on the defender in front of you and pass to a teamate or just flip clear the puck. More a winger issue but D to D deal easpecially with pucks behind the redline.
