It makes me chuckle how many people’s dander is raised for NHL officiating. It’s been garbage my whole life. Why is anyone surprised or angered when they do exactly what they have done for 50 years. I’m guessing it’s to prevent people from getting their throats slit with a skate blade. Whoops! I guess that didn’t really work either.

He’s an impressive athlete. Will he be Gronk or Kelce? If not, I’m not sure I want to use a 1st on him. Too many freaks have come out at the TE position, only to be not very good at football. OJ Howard comes to mind.

Not gonna read the whole thread but did anyone mention or notice Dahlin lumbering a bit out there. Looked uncomfortable and awkward. I thought it affected him on more than one OC occasion.

But everytime Paul Hamilton is on WGR, he mentions how small the Sabres are. Now if his beef is they don’t play big, I might listen. But that’s not what he says.

Pure luck at this point

Going out to watch the game and eat wings at a local watering hole for my dads bday. I’d like to thank the NHL for making it near impossible to watch their product. The owner of the bar said he’ll stream the game on his phone and project it to the TV. Maybe. JFC.

It won’t be a ROR debacle unless there is someone on the Oil that played for the Sabres and we unceremoniously got rid of due to losing their love for the game, while returning a complete superstar in the making.

There is something very wrong with that team. They looked gassed but it could be something else. They’ve been abysmal in their last 10 games. I’m not planning the parade route just yet.

I know the deets. GMKA didn’t want to give up Kulich or Savoie. I’m good with not shipping either of them off but man the Sabres D is painfully thin. One injury to any of the top 3 and they are in a tough spot. Two injuries within the top 6. AHL D here we come. I guess just play Power and Dahlin 28 minutes each.

I still blame the Sabres more than butthole Harrington. He is a moron but the Sabres needed to do a better job guiding the kids not just letting them run free in the locker room.

Not his job… It was someone’s, maybe the director you mentioned. Sabres were awful for a long time at this stuff. Don’t know when this occurred but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was from a previous regime.

Does anyone know what the kid is supposed to do? Is there a Sabres handler with them. Feels like someone dropped the ball regardless of Harrington jackassery.

I agree. I feel like the casual fans will get led on by points percentage and if the Sabres lose their last couple and fail to get in, the casual can be like “Chad Deedee doodoo” told me they were in the playoffs. Fire Kevyn for not getting more points percentage.

I mean…I guess it’s a matter of perspective. Either fans are too dumb to understand points percentage or they are too lazy to look at the standings and figure things out for themselves.

I need the media to chill with the pts percentage nonsense. Not every fan is going to get it and they will assume the Sabres are in the playoffs.
