This is where my expectation that the Sabres will lose every game comes in handy. Can’t get let down if losing is expected.

I think the Bills are going to take what the D gives them. The dolphins were in cover zero bringing the house often against the Bills. Their go to counter to cover zero is over the top. It’s frustrating when they don’t hit it but I can understand sticking to their game plan.

Game sucked but I feel like many people forget what this teams expectations were for the season. Everyone knew coming in that they were several pieces short of being a good team. Then they won some games in electrifying fashion and now most people are incredulous as to how the Sabres can lose these games. I got your answer. This team was never that good. They are still missing several pieces they need to get over the hump. The kids are still learning NHL hockey, zone coverage and defensively responsibilities. This team is almost exactly where they were predicted to be. On the fringe of the playoffs, most likely in the outside looking in.

Can one of the Canadians in this thread answer why y’all struggle so much with descriptors for 1st round draft picks? Every Canadian I hear (and wherever Paul Hamilton is from) cannot get this term correct. The most common I hear I “first pick”, “ First overall pick” (even though said player was not the first overall pick, just a first round pick).
