While McD certainly has influence on deals, player transactions are outside of his purview, so it’s really not surprising that he wouldn’t comment publicly, at this time anyway. I’m sure he, Brady, Josh and others will all make comments at some point in the future. I think we will come to learn that there was a ton of internal friction buildup over the course of the last year and it simply reached a boiling point because that’s the only explanation I can think of for why they would do this a year before it made any sense to do it. I think you’re absolutely correct about the value judgement they made, too. I heard some comments from a talking head about how this offseason saw a huge locker room leadership drain with exits of Morse, Tre, Hyde, Poyer, etc, and the Bills didn’t want that void being filled with a malcontent. Given the comment from Kromer’s daughter, I think there my be something to that.

Savoie with his second of the night and fourth of the series to put Moose Jaw up 4-1 at the end of two.
-
Another stellar performance by Levi tonight.
-
Skates very well, too.
-
Agree entirely, which is why I dare not say they’ve turned a corner defensively.
-
Our Boy Savoie with a goal giving Moose Jaw a 3-1 lead after one as the Warriors look to go up 3-0 in their opening round playoff series with the Brandon Wheat Kings.

Dare I say it looks like the Amerks may have turned the corner defensively these last few games? I dare not. And Walhberg looks like he belongs.

I still have to wonder why the daughter of a coach would choose to add her two cents to the discussion. I don’t recall that ever happening before on any team. Which makes me believe this has far less to do with Diggs’s performance than it does some behind the scenes conflict.

Gotta wonder why the daughter of the O line coach decided to chime in with this gem:
-
He’s driven every line he’s played on this season. He’s a driver on the ice, that simple.
-
Sure he’s been knocked around a bit, but he’s also been winning his share of battles on the boards as well. He actually uses his size as leverage. For a smaller guy, he’s pretty strong on his skates. And his size will never be as big an issue as it was this season unless he’s already finished growing.
-
Didn’t say he would, only that he should be. He’s the exact type of coach these players need after Donny G. And if he doesn’t re-sign with Carolina, Pegula should put on a full court press, offer him the highest coaching salary in league history, and at least make it difficult for Brind’Amour to say no.

Apathy has set in and that’s even worse. -

We need more stirring comments from Cozens and the rest of the boys. Perhaps another letter from Dahln. -
Those little round white dots in the pic above are the dolphins.

Bridge had 185 feet of clearance above the water so there was plenty of room for the Dali to pass under it.
-
Thomas won’t be there at 28 and neither of those two edge guys is worth the pick, imo, but if they insist on grabbing one, I’d rather have Robinson. But given the scarcity of edge rushers in this draft, he may not be there as well.
-
The bridge design itself was fine, but the dolphins placed in the water to protect the piers from impact weren’t designed to handle the sheer size of modern day vessels compared to the ships in the 70s.
