Glad Quinn is deemed healthy enough to return to the lineup, but realistically, how much can we expect from him after a two month layoff? My bet is not very much. -
The Dali weighs 95,000 tons when empty. It had 4,700 containers on board and while we will have to wait for the official manifest records to be released, media reports yesterday were that the ship weighed 155,000 tons when it left port. In an interview, a ship pilot said that even at the slow 9mph it was traveling at the time would, it have needed a couple miles to come to a stop. Talk about inertia.

I doubt they are letting salary dictate where Cozens plays. Right or wrong, good or bad, he’s one of our two best centers currently and the construction of the current team is dictating where he plays. -
I can only wonder how many actually believe this shameless crap because the fascist movement currently underway in this country is dependent on on the mass dissemination of lies they propagate. https://www.thedailybeast.com/newsmax-and-fox-news-pundits-blame-bridge-collapse-on-open-border-and-covid-lockdowns

It’s not like saying that in the least. Was he sufficiently challenged enough to improve the facets of his game that needed improvement most by playing in a league that clearly didn’t challenge him enough? The WHL was too easy for him and he would have been better served by being able to stay in the A. But never mind as we’ve been down this road before and I have no interest in rehashing the subject. We disagree. ‘Nuff said.

Houser with back to back good performances in net. Hope he can hold the fort until Levi gets back.
-
He’d be the perfect coach for the next phase in our development. And Skinner would never see the lineup, his big contract be damned. Pegs and KA should put in a full court press if he becomes a free agent.
-
Taking nothing away from his impressive accomplishment in the WHL this season, but I question how much a player can really improve his game in a league that couldn’t challenge him enough. I think his five points in six games in the A earlier this season is more reassuring to me that he is on the right developmental track.

Our Boy Savoie with another ho hum four point night and still 10 minutes to go in Moose Jaw.
-
I admit I’ve only seen him a few times in his college career, but I’ve never been seduced by blazing 40 times in shorts unless he checks every other box. From the scouting reports I’ve read, he only checks the speed box, so color me leery that McBeane are overly impressed.

Yep. Sneaky good signing.

There is simply ZERO point to bringing up “the kids.” Zip, nada, zilch. They can’t gain anything meaningful playing meaningless games on a team of guys who have mailed it in and are just riding out the stretch at this point. If anything, it’s a reason NOT to bring them up.

Kulich actually looks like he’s regressed; not impressive at all. He looks slower, weaker, less in command on the ice. Perhaps it’s lingering effects from whatever injury he sustained earlier, but he’s not the same player.
