  1. Today's been a "turning point" doc says.
  2. Doctors answering questions now on cable news.
  3. When Comrie gets back and only then will the Sabres get back on a push to the playoffs. Get well soon!
  4. Father died on his 50th birthday, conveniently given the fine print of his life insurance policy.
  5. I think if the good news continues the Bills will be fine.
  6. I was gettin that in 78. WTF.
  7. The easy answer is right now he clearly is. But if you had a list of the top 5 players in the game before this season I don't think TT should supplant any of them based on half a season.
  8. The answer seems obvious. The game didn't happen. And there's no realistic way to play it.
  9. If they ever open up PTR's back panel and realize the wires are corroding, well, we have our franchise goalie.
  10. The what now? That's what STH stands for?
  11. For anyone who wants more info., don't be too afraid of reading the full convo. For once I didn't regret it.
  12. No! Wtf.
  13. Cnn.com has an interview up with Damar's uncle. Damar is being kept on his belly to aid in breathing. This is something we heard a lot about as the pandemic wore on. "Trending upwards," says Unc.
  14. Thought I had major suspension issues in my car. Turned out loose heat shield. 20 bucks!
  15. Well duh. I knew that. (Yeah right lol.) I guess my question was why he would need a defibrillator in the future.
  16. Interesting. Why the defibrillator?
  17. Bills statement says heartbeat was restored on the field, so that seems to rule out complete flatline asystole no? Presumably the AED restored it. All speculation from folks like Dr. Gupta is that he went into vfib.
  18. TIL if the heart is fluttering or quivering or fibrillating it's still cardiac arrest. Blood is not flowing.
  19. Watched the Pronger video briefly. Wasn't sure if or when he got CPR. Seems like an NHL player fairly recently had to get CPR on the bench.
  20. This somehow falls flat for me. The idea of CPR is to keep the blood and oxygen flowing. And remember he got CPR from people who are very highly trained at it. Not sure if he got breaths or not and it might not matter that much as compression only CPR is urged in the general public. That said it's certainly not the ideal way for the body to get oxygen (good start the day with a no ***** sherlock statement).
