  1. Past hour
  2. I live in NH. Seeing Geordie Greep (formerly of Black Midi) in Portsmouth tonight.
  3. You doing the punk/metal show at Riverworks tonight too? 😁
  4. Geertsen and Kozak doing double duty, along with Levi who we already knew was going to get the 3rd tonight. No Tuch. A little surprised at that. Wonder if he'll play when Detroit is in town or if they'll hold him out until the Pens or possibly even the Rags?
  5. I'm going to a concert tonight so I'm gonna have to miss this one.
  6. Mrtka, loved his game, clearly runs around a bit and I don't think is like Zach Benson ready in his first year... but this is a guy I would give the 9 games to if he went back to Junior... 1 game, not elite from top to bottom competition, but from what I saw is as advertised + as I see him taking to heart his role as a big guy who needs to be physical... lets see what happens as we go on... JMO
  7. I can't even imagine 19,000 people coming to a game, never mind singing along. After the tank, this was my suggestion. It's even more relevant now.
  8. If they make the playoffs this year; and it is a real possibility, AND that song ends up the B&G goal song you realize that he will be campaigning for it to stay the goal song (heck, if it ends up the goal song, he'll be campaigning for it to remain even if they're '75 Caps bad or anywhere inbetween) for as long as he's still gainfully employed at WGR, right? Like Thatcher famously said, "don't go all wobbly on us now, George." πŸ˜‰
  9. I hope so, but I am finding it very difficult to forgive and or believe that he will be the type we want on this team after the Thompson incident as well as the constant injuries... maybe... but I have my doubts... big contract for a 3rd pairing D man... but at this point who wants to take that off of our hands... he is a quandry.
  10. I voted for it just so that the campaign could finally end. I expect the song to fizzle as the team's goal song. But who knows - it will all depend on whether the team's in the playoff picture.
  11. Did he really say that about that play? Does he not realize the Rams have been blowing big leads in nationally televised games (Fox's game of the week) going back to at least the days that Frank Reich was a Bill. There was a pretty great Monday Nighter back in the day. Not much miraculous in getting by them; more like a parlor trick than a miracle. πŸ˜‰
  12. Still expect "This Beat Goes On" by the Kings would've been a good choice. Not impressed with the choices they're down to. Would go w/ the Motley Crew tune if absolutely had to pick one of them. Expecting Jeremy White finally gets his way but am not thrilled about it.
  13. I’d put a write in candidate. Slipknot, People = *****
  14. I almost wonder if he got lucky with the Bills, like, he just happened to pick the right folks... I also think he fancies himself as a hockey guy and is more involved in the day to day as opposed to football where he probably finds himself way out of his league, like after he picked Sexy Rexy he may have said oh geez... I do however on Bills draft day watch Beane explain every pick to him... but never once have I heard him ask why or I like this guy... I think he may with the Sabres...
  15. Only forward not to record a hit last night. The usual drifting around waiting for someone to feed him a puck or the play to come to him. Helenius recorded 7 hits last night.
  16. I actually got a chuckle out of how freaking terrible those choices are. It fits in perfectly with the whole trainwreck of an organization. I mean, you really have to laugh that they can never get anything rightπŸ˜† I suppose if you HAD to get the crowd to actually join in, Swords of a Thousand Men would have to be the choice.
  17. I kinda think if you got a couple beers and a couple dogs it might already be... if not really close...
  18. Ruff implied last season that Samuelsson came into the year out of shape and explicitly said so this year. That he didn't strip a letter from him implies that he considers him in shape this year. His '23-'24 season ended in January, so yes, he was recovering from an injury once again. Agreed, that it will be interesting to see if he's back to his early NHL form with a full healthy off-season this year.
  19. Lindy was very clear a few days ago that he thought Mule was out of shape last year and just as clear that is not the case this year.
  20. My vote is for Yakety Sax.
  21. Poor guy can't even be frustrated with himself without screwing up.
  22. They gave up no odd man rushes. They came close once but a forward got back quickly and broke it up.
  23. Insane? Huh?
