  1. Past hour
  2. Interesting. What's Sabres record without Dahlin in the lineup over the last 2 years ?
  3. He had 4 points in 5 games when Chicago unloaded him. That timing was a bit odd.
  4. Ummmmm The Sabres should have Tuch in that category if the ask is 7 years at $11 million plus
  5. 3 consecutive start for Levi where he made at least 37 saves. Maybe he's out of that slump he was in.
  6. Aren't they winless in their last 18 games without him on the lineup?
  7. EIGHT Amerks couldn't score in the SO. Levi finally gave up a goal on the 8th shot he faced. LV - 2 Amerks - 1
  8. It would only be good if Dahlin was 100% leaving as a UFA within a year and a half.
  9. Beats me. When there is a talent deficit you dig down and just try to temporarily hang on.
  10. Why have Krebs on wing on the 1st line? 😉
  11. Why not have Thompson centering the first line?
  12. My guess it has to do with Power/Byram and Tuch now based on the return Vancouver got, I’d imagine they’ll be still looking at Byram/Power more I’d disagree, Hughes is a better offensive threat but lacks any physicality whatsoever
  13. Looks Kevyn showed interest, they just weren’t interested in Power
  14. So you can make big trades in season. Who knew🤷🏻‍♂️?
  15. He needs to score 2 and get 3 apples against the Kraksniffers
  16. Today
  17. And I thought today would be boring 😴
  18. I’m still not convinced that Tage and Dahlin aren’t part of the problem
  19. Yesterday
  20. Right. Which makes every hour that passes more and more cringe worthy. What exactly was the point of everyone creaming in their jeans to get this story out there when: A) no one actually knows if this is going to happen B) no one actually knows when it’s going to happen. So again, what was the rush to get this story out again? Just another symptom of where we are as a society. Bettermake sure I’m first to report a story, even though I have no details or timeline of when anything is going to happen. We are living in the Idiocracy.
  21. I disagree. I think what has gone for years is firmly embedded and the only way to change it, the only way to make it a destination again, is to publicly announce and then act on a radical change. If they did this the first thing you would see in the media and the 32 thoughts and all that is "radical change in Buffalo" "is this the beginning of a new era?" etc. Would it work? idk, maybe not, but right now Philly, who were behind us in rebuild terms are a playoff bubble team with a prospect cupboard pretty good looking especially Martone. Things might change, but they do seem to have not only survived the Torts surgery but are also better for it. I can't even begin to compare the Bruins plan to what the Sabres do as it's mindboggling that it is already working but the Yzerplan is also ahead and everybody was laughing at that too. The only other failed rebuild right now is Nashville. Calgary and Vancouver are in tear down mode. So I guess those will be the next three we compare to and see pass us unless they do something new here.
  22. He certainly sounds like he’s gaining experience. I’m not sure a jump right to the NHL would be appropriate. Maybe as a replacement for Leone when we give him a spot behind the Sabres bench.
  23. The flight captain will announce it over the PA on the way back.
  24. Amerks are 1-1 in the second. Helinus not in lineup. Not sure why.
