As far as the potential downside for JJP I would say that the concern for his slide would be minimal because over the last couple of years in his early career he has already demonstrated improvement. So although I wouldn’t be foolish in guaranteeing that he won’t slide back, I’m comfortable in expecting upside.

Upside in their careers, or upside this season? Jordan Kyrou is a better hockey player right now than JJ Peterka. He’s not going to get better. JJ Peterka might. He’s not going to get worse. JJ Peterka might. His worst full seasons are 27 goals and 67 points. Peterka’s best full seasons are 28 goals and 68 points. And what about the next follow-up question: which of these two players have more downside?
