Kaleta is a 900K cap hit looking for a raise. Turnbull should be much cheaper. Kaleta makes 907k and Turnbull makes 525k. Assuming Kaleta gets a standard 10% raise, he'll be at roughly 475k more than Turnbull. I guess a half million isn't chump change, but I don't see that being the difference between fitting a center under the cap and not. HOLY CRAP WE ACTUALLY GOT AN EMPTY NET GOAL!
