NCAA Frozen Four playoffs thread

Since we've been discussing the NCAA hockey playoffs in other threads I figure it's time to give it its own.

Personally, with my Tigers out, I'm pulling for Michigan.

UMD seems better than expected and Yale let many down.

Hard to believe BC and Miami are already out of it.

Let's Go Blue!

Just a reminder that the games are on now/tonight. I forgot myself, so I figured others may have.

As I type, Notre Dame up 1-0 on Minn.-Duluth end of first period, and Michigan v. NoDak at 8:30pm, both on ESPN2

Personally, I'll be rooting for Michigan.

Michigan!

That Shawn Hunwick is absolutely out of his mind. He had no business making the saves he did. Incredible.

Their whole defense pretty much shut it down, although I think ND had a really bad game plan. They had the "Dump" part down, but it seemed like they forgot about the "Chase" part.

Pretty good game though.

I felt bad for the young North Dakota fan(maybe 10 years old) who they caught on camera after the game ended, with a tear in his eye.

I can't even imagine being a NoDak fan at that game. Absolutely heartbreaking. They had every opportunity you could think of to win that game and all they could do is watch Hunwick and the Michigan D take it all away.
