How does a guy who was a healthy scratch for the past 2 weeks find himself on PP1 in his first game back? Besides, why isn't KO on PP1?

I understand they're on a six game winning streak and sit near the top of the league standings, but for the sake of the fans and their perception of this team, this is a MUST WIN on home ice.

Consider there are infinite parallel universes. In at least one of those universes Buffalo has won six straight against some of the leagues best teams in dramatic fashion and sit in 4th place overall with a whopping +5 team goal differential. As strange as it sounds, we live in that universe.

I think it was early in the third, Dahlin made a stretch pass out of his end from behind the net over a stick or two right on the tape of Sobotka speeding accross center ice. It was nifty AF.

This is just another example of Housley being soft. He doesn't want guys to sit for very long and getting angry so he's shuttling guys in and out of the lineup with no apparent rhyme or reason. He's a people pleaser and doesn't want anybody mad at him.

Could also be a sign of substance abuse as well... not accusing him of anything, just that it is what it is. I've played with guys (a goalie specifically) who get "juiced up" before games and they talk like this.... rambling on and on at a high pace, can't get them to shutup... just looks/sounds very familiar to me which is why I bring it up. That said, I like him and he's surpassed my expectations to date. He seems like a solid dude. Wishing him continued success.
