So, I have been pretty vocal saying I do not want Adams to have a say over our assets or lack thereof... I just don't find him capable... so is the issue simply there is no one that will come here via trade... or at least not that we have to over pay in both assets and compensation (and you know TP isnt having that) or Adams simply doesnt see a problem... (not likely) OR is it possible TP's "we are running with who we have" and "the solution is in this locker room" is his way of constraining Adams from making moves because he is contemplating a change (most likely at this point in the off season) . I honestly don't know... But I am hoping it is the latter... as always interested in the views of the board ...

I cannot imagine quite honestly anyone with solid NHL contributing talent would not want out... their careers are only so long... why would they want this misery year after year after year with literally no hope in sight... lack of hope does terrible things to people... if they have the chance to ply their skills in a more functional situation then this I dont care how much they love the area or require palm trees etc... you cant tell me that as professionals that they can possibly be happy and fulfilled. I want people that want to win and win a championship... how can any of those realistically look at this and see their way thru to that... now the happy to be here in the NHL crowd.. sure they will stay because they are probably not playing on another team..

agreed here... win is a win... kudos and props... well done... the problem is not solved ... no shots in the 3rd... that is absolutely inexcusable... the fact of the matter is that I am not sure this is a problem... but more DNA.. you may get away with that once or twice but the fact of the matter is this team seems to fold like a cheap tent after any pressure is put on them... therin lies the issue... and it is a team construction issue that Adams is presiding over... I would like to know the last time an NHL team recorded no shots in the 3rd period... I can say I dont ever remember it happening.

I was referencing your statement that I read to mean your view point was smart and my thoughts were dumb... and ultimately saying thats fine, I dont agree but I respect your right to an opinion. I would like to say this.. I do not want to ever be a poster that disparages or belittles others opinions because I dont see it that way... If we all thought the same we wouldnt have a board and there are a few here that seem to go to that place. I never want to be one. Fact is I have learned a lot from other peoples opinions... and appreciate it... maybe some have gained a different insight from mine...
