Oh I think that is exactly what he means... him or Pegula... I think they want to do this on the cheap and go periennal youth and cheap... I really dont think he has a plan to win... I think he hopes he lucks into it... I think the financial plan is far higher on the priority list than winning ever will be.

LOL hey you know what... its a game, I love she is interested in it... some of my best memories with my Dad is us going to the rink at 6am for practice... he took me to my first game when I was 5... that happened to be the game Schoenfeld took Cashman thru the boards and started fighting... we were in the Oranges right over the zamboni door looking down... I remember after the game saying to my Dad... Dad that was fun can we do it again tomorrow...!!! He just laughed... I was hooked at that point... 🙂

So, I have been pretty vocal saying I do not want Adams to have a say over our assets or lack thereof... I just don't find him capable... so is the issue simply there is no one that will come here via trade... or at least not that we have to over pay in both assets and compensation (and you know TP isnt having that) or Adams simply doesnt see a problem... (not likely) OR is it possible TP's "we are running with who we have" and "the solution is in this locker room" is his way of constraining Adams from making moves because he is contemplating a change (most likely at this point in the off season) . I honestly don't know... But I am hoping it is the latter... as always interested in the views of the board ...

I cannot imagine quite honestly anyone with solid NHL contributing talent would not want out... their careers are only so long... why would they want this misery year after year after year with literally no hope in sight... lack of hope does terrible things to people... if they have the chance to ply their skills in a more functional situation then this I dont care how much they love the area or require palm trees etc... you cant tell me that as professionals that they can possibly be happy and fulfilled. I want people that want to win and win a championship... how can any of those realistically look at this and see their way thru to that... now the happy to be here in the NHL crowd.. sure they will stay because they are probably not playing on another team..

So I suppose if the answer is that Pegula is literally saying Adams and the FO is staying... he is never gonna fire them thru the terms of their contracts etc.... I would be hard pressed to disagree with you quite honestly.. but in the end... we will be stuck in the same old same old abyss... So, I guess I am holding out hope that we are going to see sweeping changes and I would prefer that individual (s) make those choices... but if the former happens...
