Oh I dont know that they run deeper... if you think they run a country club that caters to its prima donnas and has zero accountablility... Kevyn Adams is still GM... thus I would do nothing... I do not want him to reek any more destruction on this team than is absolutely necessary... I have zero faith that he will do anything but make the team worse with any move that he makes... but we all know that is not gonna happen.... he got the shovel... he gonna dig that hole..

I think the key here is.... Changes to the coaches that he inherited... the fact that they are all still here in the same positions that they were tells me what I need to know about the power of Ruff... either he has no power... or his power and vision is not going to move us forward... Ok, i am gonna defend this... I do not believe that I am going to do that... but I am gonna look on the bright side... I dont think its a show stopper if you bring in a POHO/SA with an existing staff with the purpose of evaluation... I don't think a person like that would necessarily insist on cleaning house immediately without a proper evaluation... that cannot be done in a couple of months in the offseason... but if and this is a big if... IF he is given the authority to make sweeping changes etc... after an evaluation period then I have no problem with this... if this is just sticking another guy in the room to play good angel on KA's shoulder with no real authority then its lipstick on a pig with maybe a little dress and painted nails... This is disappointing... if true. Lipstick on a pig.

I dont disagree... but now that they are keeping Adams it looks like they are going to continue to do what they are doing.... and expect a change... and I feel like we are that cash strapped target you think of... cause I agree with you 100% but what you say makes sense... therefor I have not illusions that this will happen.... Adams will either use the pick on a player that might help us in 3 years... or get fleeced on a trade to get a middling player that will actually agree to come to this cesspool of an organization.
