There are GM/President alternatives from other organizations. Don't know the actual reasoning for sitting on his hands. Budgeting ? Stubborn ? Depression over his wife ? Post holidays, a change will probably happen. One can dream he could stumble upon another Beane type to run the Sabres side.

At many times during the 2nd half yesterday, the Bills D had 3 guys on the field that played for local UB. BTW, Elam and Spector playing any snaps are a concern. Opposition just eats them alive. Pats played a great 1st Q to take that early lead. I give them some credit. Looks like the #2 seed is our finish. I would have been thrilled with that prediction in the summer, when a large majority of the media was stating the Bills were on the decline and no longer a playoff team. Swing and a miss. Yet the D has to get healthy and find a better plan for the post-season.

Comeback win. 12-3 more wins than the Sabres.. sad..
