Pegula hired Beane for the Bills and got out of the way once they showed improvement and winning. Stability. He hasn't found that person for hockey yet and the results prove that out. People posting thoughts on what TP likes in roster makeup are creating a baseless narrative. The people he puts in charge have failed. Find your Beane for hockey.

Go Josh go. Yes, it's a team game and this squad is so balanced. Great depth to overcome injuries. Solid coaching. No over the top pre-season hype like 2 years ago. No locker room issues. Working to get better after losing 2 in a row. The result is a current 7 game winning streak. Having the top scoring O and D isn't a fluke. That's a credit to the staff, who still has a lot to prove to many fans. Need to go deep in the playoffs but with a healthy #17, it looks encouraging. I still take it a week at a time. Rams in LA is next. Focus.

7-3 in their last 10 is quite remarkable, considering I still view this team as a major project for Lindy. Injuries and some players vanishing many nights. and yet... hope.

What's there can be good and bad. I do like his passing at times. Yet giveaways have hurt him too often and his outright refusal to move out opponents in front of our goalie is galling. Just stands there watching. A player his size should fear no one. He doesn't need a spokesperson explaining his shortcomings. I hope it improves under Lindy.
