You're mixing up his GAA with Save %. Save % is .930, GAA is 2.34. Still outstanding though and hope it translates to the NHL

2023 is one of the strongest drafts in years supposedly. No way we should be trading away our first, even if it got us in the playoffs, there;s no way we're competing with a Boston type team with our current D and goalies. If you can get someone cheaper to replace Bryson, I'm all for it though. I don't need to see him play ever again. Why in the world is he starting over Klague, his stats and advanced metrics are beyond horrible. Why do we need to be starting a very undersized dman who obviously can't play D and provides nothing offensively. He is way below replacement level.

Calgary was looking to give us the game and we didn't take it. Terrible effort, terrible performance and terrible coaching to have them perform like that.

worst period I've seen in years. You have a sellout home crowd, an opposition goalie basically sh*tting all over himself ready to give up 10 goals and you counter this by getting no shots on goal, forgetting how to play defense and your goalie giving up 1-2 bad goals. Compound this by having every team near us i nthe playoff race winnign every game. Just very disa[pointing and inexcuseable.

I'm in favor of officiating. Phantom call on Krebs, missed calls on the Cozen trip and a lot of holds by Cgy then they call a ticky tack call on Okposo. Refs are consistently garbage in the NHL Did he hurt himself on the hit or when the shot from the point went off of him?? Couldn't tell

I think you could argue for Tuch or Dahlin, but, I think your post-Okposo Sabre captain will be Cozens. He's a leader, a score and will be even more dominant when he finishes growing into his body - i think he gains 15 more pounds of muscle in the next couple of years

To get a point with the tage line not scoring and giving up a 5on5 goal + asshat refs calling the game as they did...got to be happy with the point. I mean, are these referees actually supervised/graded? How can they possibly not be demoted to the AHL after turning in constant homer performances like this. There's no integrity in this game all too often.

really bad play by line 1 there - stayed on the ice way too long and were exhausted. Tuch should have just dumped it in and got a full change. Insted turned it over - play other way...goal

i'm not a huge fan, and yes he'll get better. But I'll say hes been responsible for our surge as much as anybody. 13-2 in last 15 with 3.06 GAA .909 SV %, Still not elite (except for record), but his first few games really dragged his overall stats down

d0onpt care about save %, care about high scoring chance save %. If he's facing twice as many high scoring chances a game than some goalies that's telling. For instance, Comrie's game was relatively stress free the other night, until the last 5 minutes, because Buffalo had 80% of the game's high scoring chances in the first 55 minutes. Peg had some in the last 5, changing it to 67% Buf/33% Peg Hope you're right but I think prob not against Fleury. Despite scoring 6 vs him last game, he typically makes it hard to score.
