With the exception of the Bandits (Thank you!!) i am O'fer. I love the Mets but did not become a fan until after they won in. The Bills last championship was the year i was born. I have zero faith i am going to get one before i die.

Definitely happy I shut game off after first 10 mins. Another year another Buffalo disappointment. I am resigned to none in my lifetime. I cannot even get myself worked up as I always feel failure lurking around every corner. See you all next year.

With Kruger it was him. With the team now it is the whole team makeup. They are not built for a physical heavy forechecking game. They are more suited for badminton at this time and i would still worry about some of them getting hurt....

Ok, so this is weird..... i was watching the game and shut it off and fell asleep after the end of the 2nd. I dreamt that we lost 5-2. That also included the empty netter.... So the real bad news is that i dreamt the Bills lose and Mahomes gets beat in the SB. 😵

I get what everyone is saying. Do we really need another undersized non physical kid that they are going to draft??? I do not care how much tenacity they have. A 180 lb 5`9 forward will eventually get pushed around. I LOVE Benson, but he is a unicorn, not the norm. We need power forwards that can go to the front of the net and not play the perimeter and be easy off the puck. We need defenseman that will ride a forward into the boards when they try to enter our zone, not stick check. I get that there are always exceptions, but thats this teams problems. We have a team of stick checkers and wimps in a physical sport.

Sounds like our 1st rounder could be better used to trade for a need then.

I did not watch the whole game. (Not staying up to 1 AM for a non playoff bottom of the league team!) I did watch the 1st period and i was actually impressed the way they came out and played the 1st. They actually looked decent. Some thoughts and observations: UPL - he is a starter. I have always liked his game. He was playing hurt and banged up, which should never ever happen. A goalie should always be 100% to play. He looked comfortable from what i saw. If he was hurting, he should have sat earlier and let Reimer play. Defense - We need to trade one of our puck moving defenseman for a physical defensive defenseman. This a huge must do!! I thought Muel would be that guy, but he is a bottom pair dman. Cozens needs to go. He is the piece i would use to get a Middle 6 center that crashes the net and is physical and can forecheck. I do not give a flying monkeys ass on what else you need to give up to make this happen but it is a must. We DO have most of the pieces needed to do well. I see it. But some serious tweaks need to be made. So throw a real GM in there as well. Adams honestly has no clue.

We do not have any player with the kahunas to do something like that. Can you get suspended for an aggressive stick check??? LOL

This team has zero clue. They deserve the ***** outcomes as this is the team they built. 2 year olds are more aggressive than our team. You notice that everytime we tried to get into the offensive zone our player with the puck was getting hit and followed??? When they come to our zone we run from contact and seem to have no idea where they should be. Either the coaching and system sucks or the players we thought were going to take us to the promise land are inept.

I hate to say this but i have zero faith in anyone in the Sabres organization to be able to correct this team. Even if they cleaned house i would not trust them to hire the right people to fix our problems. I am almost happy for the west coast late games so i wont torture myself watching their pathetic wimpy uninspired hockey. Please sell this team to someone that actually knows hockey and wants to freaking win. I have a closet full of Sabres gear that i am actually embarrassed to wear! I hate being a Sabres fan.
