He can’t. He's not going to be in charge in April. Any decisions that will impact this team long term can no longer be made by him. He can tweak. But he cannot be allowed to do anything significant. I've seen enough. They had a chance this week to show they’ve turned a corner and are going to get 1 out of 6 points.

Casey Mittelstadt has 3 points in his last 11 games (2 in one of those games). Is a minus 5 in that stretch with 12 shots on goal. -

WTH? I thought Mr. Glass was back. My interest level just plummeted. -
Per SBD: A portion of the Buffalo Bills has been sold

Find me a situation where a 2 billion dollar plus stadium is built - with the backing of the state of NY - and within 10-20 years or less has relocated. This would be unprecedented and the city of Buffalo and state of NY should just fold. The stadium may not anchor it here - but the people that cast that anchor will. Relocation itself in the NFL is a rarity - in the NHL it’s been common. -

Exactly. The Bills aren’t building a 2 billion dollar stadium to just up and leave in 10-15 years - it would be well over 25-30 years from now if thats even an issue. The Sabres to me…..it’s panic time. Something is so so off with everything and as the product, brand, attendance, and most importantly perhaps TPs commitment start to deteriorate, they’re gone. -
The only thing that has me questioning this group isn’t as much how talented they might be - I’m not sold on it yet - proof of that is when its best player who is made of glass thus cannot hit, how far we fall off a cliff when he doesn’t play. It’s mental toughness and wanting it to be easy. The margin for error for a marginally talented team? You can’t have any. You need to be relentless for almost entire games. We don’t have that. We’re physically and mentally soft. Greenway to me embodies this perfectly. He’s physical. At times. He’s not tenacious. We have ZERO tenacious.
