We need to pay Cozens this coming year, which I am putting at 8x$8M, and both Dahlin and Power after next year for probably 8x$11M and 8x$8M. Also, Karlsson seems redundant with Dahlin and Power in the fold. I would rather get Ekholm from Nashville if he is really available.

Did St. Louis learn nothing from our reaction to the turd burger uniform? These uniforms are about as bad.

I am in this camp. Aside from screens, tip-ins, and rebounds, this can break down the discipline of the defencive formation.

People forget how much of a visionary Larry Quinn was. The push to enforce the rules coming out of The Lockout came from him. The Winter Classic came out of his head. He lobbied for nets behind the goals for safety reasons coming out of the 1994 lockout. He was the one who convinced Golisano to save the Sabres. And there was more. So a lot of what people like about the NHL now originated with him.
