They need receivers that will catch clutch passes. I counted 3 dropped passes, 2 of which were sure touchdowns (Cook, diggs) the other put them in position to score. That's a minimum of 17 to 24 potential points off the board in that divisional game. Sadly it can't be taken back, what happened is what happened, but clearly they need speed on the outside with sure hands. Defensively, get a strength and conditioning coach for Pete's sake, the injuries every season deplete their defensive backfield, exposing them. Imho.

To bad about Quinn, he's a good one. Was hoping to see him finish the season strong then come back next year even better. These injuries I'm sure are frustrating to him. Heal up young man, your needed back in the trenches.

I'd take Ruff back immediately. I'd also like Adams replaced if possible. I've soured on the 1st time GM and/or coach thing. Not saying lightning couldn't strike on the subject, but if it's one thing the Sabres have dominated in, it is the capability of showing just how disastrously implementing such a strategy can be. Let's face it, they have failed every single time.

Why has the NHL media across the board not made what's happened in Buffalo a national story? I mean, you could literally have HBO or Netflix come in and do a "Stranger Things" type series based on the Sabres last 13 seasons, hell, last 30 years. 🤣

It's doom and gloom every year for us lol. Welcome to 50+ years of never seeing an NHL or NFL Trophy won by your hometown professional sports teams. Oh, and let's not forget, they haven't only never won it all, but they often get jettisoned out in spectacularly bad fashion. This the life of a Buffalo sports fan. Unique from any other fan base in the world.

That last drive pass plays you spoke on. That right there contributed to costing the game. Why are they throwing deep? We had time, why go deep? But ultimately, it was the dropped passes, the defenses failure to stop KC and the over commitment to the run game that really sank the Bills. KC has outclassed Buffalo every year, and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. Not for nothing, but 2 of these 3 divisional round meetings, the 13 second game and this one, it wasn't Mahomes who beat us, it was us who beat us. And the lore of Buffalo sports tragedies continues on.........

I don't get upset at the Bills to much anymore. Sometimes, but ever since the 4 in a row losses, not really much. Not surprised by the outcome, injuries, poor execution, especially dropped passes, and a team like the Chiefs will make you pay for those mistakes. I was wrong about, guy is a warrior, to bad others around him (receivers) couldn't get it done tonight.

Buffalo cannot beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs. It's that simple really.

Hey, SDS, can we get a list of members, I'll just copy and paste it... 🤣 In other words, I really do appreciate each and every one of you. But if I had to vote for appreciation, it comes down to LG for me. His insight and knowledge up and down the sport itself is hands down the best, even if a bit rigid at times (lighten up, Francis, 😜, we hear you, and we listen, cause it matters 😉) Now, where's the beer?
