The confetti is on standby, hundreds of thousands if not over a million Sabres fanatics (blow up doll replacements acceptable for fan base head count at this point) stand ready to move on to the main parade route waving flags of blue & gold or black, red, silver and white. We suck this year because we've had 12 seasons of practice at sucking. We've perfected sucking so much that we suck the suck out of sucking. This organization has sucked its way to sucking the suckeist suck of sucking suck. Which sucks.

Not many players want to come here. And they have some say in the trades. GM's, Coaches, they talk to the players, they know.

There are no trades that are going to solve this, no management or coaching changes on the horizon. This is the team we have, a bunch of soft, skill players that rag-dolled 8 out of 10 games. High pressure, high physical game plan is known league wide to crush the Sabres. And that's just the plain truth. My question is this, and I'm not joking or being snide when I ask this..... How much longer before these current players start to lose their love of the game? Because remember, these kids have now known nothing at the NHL level but an environment of losing, of winning nothing. I have no answers, but I see this coming, and we're most likely closer to it than many want to admit. I can't see Dahlin here past next seadon if this continues, that's where I believe the exodus will start

They have something we appear to lack, drive, passion, a desire to compete. I've watched a few of Ottawas losses this year, they at least show up.

I'll just say it here...(your welcome SDS 😀) Patience, we are going to have to endure what looks like a lost 23/24 season, an additional 24/25 season won't be much, if any, better is my guess. I've stopped going to games as of 11/10 this season. Told the family to stop purchasing Sabres merchandise for me. I'm pretty well done with them, although I do enjoy the company here and I still watch televised games. Nope, I don't believe KA or Donny are going anywhere. I don't believe the team will be any better next season. So, I have no choice, patience.
