Just perusing the San Jose Sharks capfriendly page. Man are they handcuffed with defensemen contracts. I don't even think Seattle would touch thse Burns or Vlasic contracts, yikes. But, I was looking at their roster age, I would love a deal for Hertl. I don't think they'd part with Meier's given his young age, but Hertl is a trade target that really interests me anyways. It was an entertaining game. I enjoyed it. Was hoping they'd pull it out, but they did show me they are truly some experience and a couple pieces away from taking that next step. I think the Bills are definitely on the right path here. Allen Will be a year wiser next season, and very optimistic they'll have collected a couple of needed weapons for him. The defense is still young and should only get better as well. Disappointed they lost? Sure, hey, I'm a fan. But very optimistic and upbeat about their future. Go Bills!

Not for nothing, but our PK is currently ranked 28th? I believe? Scandella's absence certainly can't be so overwhelming as to not try to improve that position, no? I mean, honestly, if we're hoisting Scandella as a 28th out of 31 team PK positioning as some sort concern, well, that just baffles the hell out of a fan like myself I guess.

Not according to Calgary fans. He's a defensive forward/pk specialist. I've read some and inquired, he's really helped Tkachuk's defensive game from every Calgary fan who responded. PK is a Sabres weakness, a defensive forward to help it, in exchange for Scandella? Sure, why not...…………….if it does indeed workout that is.

Just reviewing some Calgary fan input on Frolik. Didn't realize he was pretty decent at pk'ing. This may work out for Buffalo. At least, I hope.

Moving an FA this early, something else has got to be in the works, Scandella wasn't really bad at all this season, and the may have gotten a 3rd? at the deadline for those looking to add depth, no?

Since he's been on my feed, I have seen nothing to indicate he isn't.
