Kyle is a true trooper, but the OP is correct, he's an over all on ice liability at thus point. It's time to give that roster slot to someone younger. My personal choice is Jost.

Don't even hesitate, you go max term with this kid, and max term again when the first max term is up. This kid should never put on another team's jersey in his career.

Make no mistake, next season this team will be playoff bound. Hey, Kevyn Adams, you have 6 months to put the remaining pieces necessary in place. Donny Granato, you have 6 months to improve the special teams, instill disciplined creativity in the players. And to the players, you have 6 months to hone your bodies and your skills in to an efficient NHL 60 minute hockey game dominate machine. I'll do my part as a die hard fan and show up at the arena with a booming Let's Go Buffalo. You all do your parts, because come October, all I want to hear from top to bottom in this organization is a resounding "Let's Roll".

While it is disappointing, the future looks better now than it has in some years. I am optimistic they will make it next year. These players are oh so young, their bodies are still filling out frame wise. The future is brighter now. Go Sabres!!!!!!!!!!

And that's the season. The team needs addressing. Defense specifically. I've said nothing on this until now, but my mom has been battling stage 4 cancer for 2 years, the treatments have kept it at bay, but her brain is scrambled, she's got 30 to 60 days. She dated a Sabres back in the late 70's. She is my driving force in to hockey. I would have liked to have shared the future success of the organization with her, that will not happen now. But, she left her Sabres legacy.....me....a die hard avid fan. So I honor that, by saying.... GO SABRES!!!
