McLeod had himself a nice game. Very high IQ plays. And for all the comparisons with Mittelstadt, he doesn’t do the oodles of dumb things Mittelstadt did while he has the puck, it’s okay to prefer McLeods simply solid play even if his hands aren’t as fast. There was a lot of missed opportunities and adversity tonight and they overcame it. Plus really weird bounces against them. Teams will learn to just flood the front of our net because our defense is soft. Levi needed that win for his mental health.
