I’m here too. Quinn is expendable for someone of Meiers caliber. But JJP and Kulich are the cheap fillers you can’t let go of. I’m sure there’s a way to steer them to someone else.
I’d that game was close and competitive I can understand the passes
That game was an outright embarrassment. In all respects. Totally outcoached. Totally out played. Totally out hustled. Like they were all threatened in the locker room before the game with their lives.
And you want them to do that again?
A non playoff Blues team with a -20 goal differential that we had a two goal lead within the first minute who managed to score 3 almost 4 of the course of the next 59 minutes is a severely worrisome sign. Especially when you look at the dozen two goal leads this team has blown this season, it’s a trend. They can’t defend a lead they can only hope to out score. That’s not gonna work in no playoff series.
Disgusting. I want overreaction!
honestly I receive this like Bettman’s “if you don’t like the sideboard ads you shouldn’t look at them” gaslighting non sense. There are clear deficiencies in coaching and 13 wins happened despite that. Own up to it. The fans here could predict exactly the shortfalls that were going to come and they came true - that isn’t Monday morning quarterbacking.
Knox has gotten better. Deserving of his contract, no, but he’s not useless
Cook on the other hand. He had all season to learn how to lean into his runs and he couldn’t do it. Absolute embarrassment of a football player
Can’t wait to watch the Sabres get to 9th. If they can’t can the coaching staffs they’re going to lose the fans. Leslie should have been gone three years ago
Not bad enough to sell. Not good enough to buy. Of course if someone wants Oloffson or Skinner or Okposo or even Anderson you listen. I think you can trade Oloffson for a different type of player to the Sabres benefit. Not sure the trade deadline is going to find us other ‘hockey deals’ unless someone covets a cheap Mittelstadt contract.
