The goal has to be playoffs, Adams has been here since 2020 and granato 2021, Adams is 2 seasons removed of Eichel and yet to make the playoffs, Granato has 2 years of development for some of these players. The clock is ticking and if they put up another stinker for the playoffs it will be rinse and repeat once again. I thought it was very dumb not to give Granato the pieces to make the playoffs this year, there were goalies out there that could have helped and plenty of players. We have one of the deepest prospect pools why didn't we go after a top 6 forward, top 4 Dman or Goalie?

I thought he's been very good on the penalty kill, he was always going to be more of a defensive forward, if you were expecting some offensive juggernaught you were always going to be disappointed. He is one of very few players that play well defensively, the fact that he's -5 doesn't mean he's the guy responsible in fact I've liked his defensive game especially on the PK but again just my opinion.

Kevin Adams is certainly to blame, not identifying a real goaltender since taking over as GM 2020 has been his downfall. Re-signing old man Anderson was just stupid. Not picking up any goalie or defensive help (Stillman/Greenway was not enough) at the deadline was also stupid. He has nobody to blame but himself, you can blame Granato like I do sometimes but he literally is trying to win and so close wihout any legit goaltender on the roster, its a ***** miracle we made it this far. If Adams is just putting all his eggs in the Devon Levi basket also that would be more stupidity but just my 2 pennies.

Adams sure has his work cut out for him in the offseason, I feel like we need a top 4 defensemen to pair with Power, at least another solid defensive bottom 6 defensemen. A better 2 way forward in place of Mittlestadt, Olofsson. a top 6 goal scorer and a legit goaltender. It's doable but that is alot of turnover and you have to find the right guys to gel with 1 another.

So did we sign Levi yet?

We need a whole team of Gudas in the offseason, this might be the most inept defensive Sabres team I've ever seen assembled.

We 100% need a goaltender, who that is I'm still torn on. I'd prefer Demko because I think when he's healthy he's by far the best of those 3 but he can't stay healthy and that's a huge concern. Saros is solid but he is my least favorite out of the 3 mentioned, he had some unreal defense in front of him for quite a bit before all of them were traded. Carter hart to me has untapped potential as he's very young and might fit the dynamic/youth here perfectly and thrive, he hasn't reached his ceiling yet either but I'll leave it to those in the know and hope GM Adams knows a thing or 2 about goalies.

The only negative I can say about Quinn is that when someone hits him when he has the puck he tends to give it up easily. I hope he adds a bit more muscle in the offseason but so far he is looking like a superstar in the making.

I know some don't like Greenway on the 1st line but we need him there when Thompson gives it away for like the 30th time he is the only guy who seems to know how to play defense for us. Greenway has been a solid addition so far imo I'm not sure how others feel. 1 guy said he'd want him replaced for Hinistroza, I think he needs to stop sniffing airplane glue but again just my opinion.

Yes joining Buffalo since he can't join Rochester. What would the team concern be?

What would be the negative to him joining the team? It looks like he's about to beat his stats from last year, what more can he learn being on the Winnipeg Ice? Not an argument, just wondering other than regressing here what would be the down side?

I just really hope this dude signs, things would look alot brighter thats for sure.

UPL is backup material imo, he has some time to develop but the window is closing rapidly. I'm not sure who this vet savior is going to be with our defensive woes he needs to be Hasek and I don't see any Hasek's out there in FA.
