I said no, I think Hellebuyck is a top notch goalie but I don't think he'll sustain it for another 5 years at this level of play but that's just my opinion. Levi has shown glimpses of what we could be getting and I don't think we need to give him away in a deal. I think there are options out there like Saros, Demko and others where we may have to deal UPL but definitely not Levi.

I like him alot also but is there a younger version that we can have in his prime years?

I'd rather have a guy built for the playoffs than Kane, some names like Tyler Bertuzzi, Jordan Staal or Alexander Killorn to name a few or just add someone like Kulich/Savoie etc but I'm not a fan of bringing Kane at his advanced age and looking like a non factor in his playoff push.

It's poorly ran an poorly marketed which is why it's like what, the now 5th or 6th watched of all the sports leagues? Pretty soon Lacrosse will pass them, I enjoy watching hockey but to think it's ran well because they now have caught up to most sports teams is pretty much my point but it's just my opinion, if you don't agree then agree to disagree sir or madam.

I don’t doubt it , the NHL is poorly ran. If I wasn’t in this forum I’d probably forget when the NHL draft was since they rarely advertise it or the draft lottery unless you’re an avid watcher of ESPN which I’m not. Anyways have a great Memorial Day all!

I was really surprised to see Ryan sign, that definitely is a boost for the Amerks next season and potentially down the road for us. Next years Amerks will be loaded with talent.

I'm definitely not a fan of this, I'm not sure what he really brings to the Sabres now other than leadership. He looked very old and slow this season, I think the kids would have been just fine with Tuch or Dahlin as captain, this seems forced to me. This should be the year we are going for it, we need better overall players than Kyle Okposo imo.

Maybe a bit more since Svechnikov wasn't in the lineup but I feel defensively Carolina is much better.
