Yeah it’s frustrating. I’d even say more than 3 years. Teaching a team how to play in the defensive zone is actually one of the easiest things to teach in hockey. And for whatever reason over time with multiple coaches and players it hasn’t happened here.

They have a stacked roster. They should have a decent chance at being in the final 4 at worst.

Dell is really bad. But this team also has ZERO clue how to play in the defensive zone. And hasn’t for years.
